The Proposal
During our call, we’ll review the services we think best fit for your business and after the call, we’ll send over a custom crafted proposal with a few packages for you to review. This will include a breakdown of the project goals, deliverables, pricing, timeline, and next steps to get started.
No. 3 -
Making It Official
Once you’ve decided on your ideal package and you’re ready to make it official, you’ll be sent our contract as well as make the first deposit in your custom payment plan. After the contract is signed and deposit has been made, your spot will be officially reserved and we will begin the on-boarding process!
This includes an entire guide with information on client expectations, what to expect during the project, how to leave feedback, font licenses, communication, project management tools together to facilitate approvals and feedback, and more.

We bill most clients in the way that is the most efficient for them - tailored by package which offer incentivized rates that maximize the scope of our work in the most curated, custom way.
We also offer structures of work hourly as well as day rates and the different structures of work that depend on the support needed, and we also offer contracted continued support on long-term retainer partnerships.
