Not a roster.
A rolodex
with taste.

Every project gets a team built for it — not whoever's free. Personally selected and briefed by Emily, senior every time.

How we think about talent

This isn't a vendor list. It's the actual thesis behind how Sielu gets work made.

01

Senior thinking, not layers of juniors

Every name on this page has done the job long enough to have opinions about it. We'd rather bring in one person who knows exactly what they're doing than three who are still figuring it out on your budget.

02

The right team, not the same team

We don't run the same five people on every brief because it's easier. Who gets staffed depends on what the project actually needs — that's the whole job of building it properly.

03

Production is part of the idea

Execution isn't an afterthought or a separate phase you hand off once the concept's approved. How something gets made is still creative work, which is why it stays close to the direction, not downstream of it.

04

Dedicated, not diluted

Every account has a senior lead who actually knows the work — not a generalist relaying messages between you and whoever's making it. That's the difference between a layer that protects a project and one that just adds distance.

Olivia Ghalioungui

Photographer & Art Director

Italian-Egyptian, raised in Cairo, based in Paris. Shoots and produces her own work, which means less hand-holding on set. Editorial and commercial credits span GQ Australia, Formula 1, Belvedere Vodka, Holzweiler, Highsnobiety, Elle Germany, Purple Magazine, Coperni, and Louis Gabriel Nouchi.

Teun Sand

Teun Sand

Rodney Rico

Rodney Rico

DOP

Elevated, luxury-leaning work with a particular eye for fashion and jewellery brands — the kind of lighting and pacing that makes small, expensive objects look the way they're supposed to. Brought in when a production needs that specific register.

Sam Day

Sam Day

Director & Senior Film Editor

Cuts for pace and feed, not just for the timeline. Handles everything from fast-turn social edits to fully directed pieces, and has been on the tools for Belvedere and Air Race X alike.

Flavio Lourenco

Flavio Lourenco

Senior Motion Designer

Builds the motion graphics layer that turns a static campaign into something that moves properly on feed — GIFs, animated end cards, the details most people don't notice until they're missing.

Lumir Spanihel

Lumir Spanihel

Senior Graphic Designer & Art Director

Takes a brand system and actually holds it together across formats — the person you want when a deck, a campaign, and a social template all need to look like they came from the same place.

Maureen Den Os

Maureen Den Os

Art Director

Sets the visual direction before a single frame is shot — mood, styling, the world a campaign lives in. The person who makes sure a shoot has a point of view before anyone shows up with a camera.

Julia Schimautz

Julia Schimautz

Senior Illustrator & Animator

Brings an illustrated, hand-built quality into campaigns that would otherwise be all photography and motion graphics — the layer that makes something feel designed rather than assembled.

Lennart Deen

Lennart Deen

Executive Producer

Runs production logistics at a scale most people don't see — the crews, the permits, the schedules that make a shoot week actually survivable. Works across Europe and globally when a project needs it.

Abbie Robinson

Abbie Robinson

Senior Copywriter

Writes the line that actually survives the approval chain — campaign copy, brand voice, the words that have to hold up in a deck and in a caption. Splits time between two cities without losing the thread.

London & Amsterdam
Shawnee Elliott

Shawnee Elliott

Senior Copywriter

Another senior pair of hands on copy when a brief needs a second voice or a faster turnaround — brought in the same way every collaborator here is: because the project called for her specifically.

Alyssa Carper-Day

Alyssa Carper-Day

Production & Travel Coordinator

Handles the logistics layer that keeps a shoot week from falling apart — travel, scheduling, the unglamorous coordination that has to be right for everything creative to happen on time.
